5 tips to mood up when you're feeling low
Here are some tips to make your mood better and feel good about yourself. Follow them and don't let other's opinion affect you. Listen to your heart.
Feeling low ? we've all been there!!
We all have bad days and sad days , and we don't want to talk with anyone at that time. We just want to be alone, but that doesn't really help everytime. Nothing will happen from being alone, you have to bring yourself up. Bringing yourself up again can be tough but it isn't impossible.
Here are some tips that i use when i feel low.
1. Make habit of writing:
I always do this, Whenever my mood is bad or i feel low, i take my diary from the cupboard finds a place in my hand and i write whatever i had in my mind. My diary listens to me patiently. It doesn't judge me. And it also remind me how much I have improved over the months & years. Make habit of writing, because it get worse when it is in your mind.
2. Talk with someone who loves you:
The first thing that you should do when feeling low about yourself is to call your mother. Everyone has a special relationship with their parents but with your mother, there is a special bond. Talk to her about the conflicting feelings that you have been feeling about yourself. She'll help you realize your worth. Having a nice chat with your mother is literally the best remedy for anyone who feels low. I share everything with my mother. She always helps me with my issues and she'll give me the best advice. If you can't call your mother then call someone who's really close to you. It'll have the same effect. The people who love you are the ones who appreciate you for who you are.
3. Find a hobby (Do something that makes you happy):
Find yourself a hobby! It could be anything you're interested in or it can be something completely new. In my case, I read books, I draw, I craft, I write a journal, I dance, I cook and there's huge list. Spending time doing something you enjoy will help you relax and bring a positive change in your life.
4. Day dream:
Take a mental vacation. Let your mind wander for a while. Sometimes we just need to take a day to clear our heads and nurture our souls.
5. Listen to music:
Music can heal, put you in a better mood, make you feel less alone except you're listening to arijit singh's channa mereya!!, or take you on a mental journey.

DeleteThese are some good tips. I often combine listening to music and day dreaming. But recently I have found someone very close to me whom I can call and just rant and talk to.
